When you pay, the money does not go to the seller. It is recorded against the order and released only when the order is accepted.
Never accepted on a timer
Some services on the marketplace are accepted automatically five days after delivery. Stores, websites and domains never are: the sale completes only when you press Accept.
The handover checklist
Each sale lists what the seller owes you — for a Shopify store: store ownership, the domain, supplier contacts and product assets — so you can check every item off before you accept.
Disputes
If the delivery is missing or is not what the listing described, raise a dispute from the order before accepting. Nothing is released while it is open, and our team decides it using the order, the delivery and the order chat.
Know which numbers are the seller's
Revenue, profit and visitors are declared by the seller and labelled that way on the listing. Ask for proof before you buy; Trust Flow and referring domains are measured by the marketplace.
Merchant of record
Zinn Digital® Ltd, a UK company, is the seller of record on every marketplace order, so your invoice and the VAT on it come from us.
